Every body knows Colorado has great rides the million dollar highway, top of MT Evans, independence pass etc...but heres one that I enjoyed just as much as all those others and I think I know why.  It was the last day Sunday of the three day ride from the gulf coast of Texas to Billings, Mt. and Inzane.  My riding partner MarcusS and I left Grand Junction Colorado took the interstate to Rifle, Colorado and here is where the fun begins hwy 13 from Rifle,Colorado to just across the border to Baggs, Wyoming. I have always loved remote rides and this was a good one, Northwest Colorado but don't think green think more high desert like Arizona, or Utah, fantastic ride.  My favorite ride is still Big Bend National Park in Texas to Presidio, Texas hwy 170.  If your ever up that way I highly recommend this road. Hwy 13 was great you will never probably read about it as great riding but I really loved this ride. I'm sure yall have others to share.

Just looked it up on Google Earth and took it down to street level, looks like a neat ride. One day....maybe!

I can honestly say the only bad roads I've traveled on a bike were under monsoon clouds or snow. Just saying... angel

Lived in Southern WY for 20 plus years.  Have drove/rode the road from Baggs to Rifle several times.  It was enjoyable back then.  Of course didn't have my Valk back then.

There are several roads going over the Snowy Mtns. in Southern WY from Baggs heading east.  They are great rides.  Check them out next time.

Hwy 89 out of North end of Glacier park down to Browning.

Hwy 550 in Kauai to the top. Then back down 55 and along the coast.
