There was a shooting on the BRP yesterday in what the call the Roanoke Commuter section.

I know the guy that did the shooting.

We're from the same hometown and he's a former Roanoke City Cop.

He's a good guy.

It sounds like the other guy pulled what turned out to be an airsoft gun on him and Keith reacted.

Keith was a motor officer for awhile in Roanoke, he laid it down so many times tht he earned the nickname "Skidwell".
