What you want to do on that part is call motorcycle salvage yard(s). Go to some parts fishe and get a part number if possible.
I don't know about bikes, but most reputable big auto salvage outfits are connected together by some big network computer setup, so if one doesn't have your part, they'll find who does for you.
I had a bad experience with bike salvage refusing to send me a pic (bag lid), and the part turned out to be very
serviceable (which is all they promised), but also beat up worse than my ability to fix. The body shop work/paint was very reasonable, but the used part, plus body work, added up to more than a new part (and that will always piss you off).
These are cool bikes (you just need to get one of those AR15 mounts and a rifle for for NYC)
