Doing much better on day 7 still some swelling but pain has ease off considerably.

Good to hear.  I'm sure full healing is going to be a long tough road but the tough push through that better and with fewer restrictions than do the weak.  You're one of the tough ones, Joe.

Left knee ( shifter ) . It's also my clutch knee I need to make a living with driving a 22 wheel tractor trailer hauling heavy equipment.
