Has anyone heard of graphene batteries?

My BIL pushes this on me every time I see him (he's got Parkinson, and all he can do is spend time on the PC), and I'm not seeing much at the consumer level. Looked at Super Capacitor batteries, but they don't seem cheap, and are all DIY anyways.

If I remember correctly, we are talking 12 min to fully charge your cell phone, 1 hr your car which will then have a range of 600 miles. If it works, this could be some very nice stuff.

I heard of Graphene and have seen some of its uses but this looks pretty cool.  cooldude This could open a whole new world for so many things.
