Yesterday-the 23d-warmed up the lawn mower and changed the oil. Had already sharpened the blade and installed a new air filter. Also refilled the weed eater fired it up and it checked out.
And today before I used both pieces of equipment I noticed my two seprate Tulip growths had run their course. All the leaves on the ground now BUT they were fantastic while they lasted.
Lawn mower-9 years of ownership and weed wacker-8 years of ownership-performed their assigned duties as expected. But I fear this is but the FIRST cut of many in 2018!  Lips Sealed
On the other hand I will git a ride in this Thursday-the 26th-with my riding bud. We are sposed to finish up Mo-125 South of U S 160.  cooldude Into Arkansas on the ferry. I know some of my Brothers and Sisters are STILL waiting for the weather to git better in their locality. Care NOT when it happens-ride-BUT I NEED that Valkyrie generated wind mind flush!  coolsmiley RIDE SAFE.

I was going to ask you if the ice was starting to break up on the Colorado yet.

O2S, I feel your pain.  I willing be cutting grass for the 4th time this year on Friday/Saturday. Our mower is in the 8-9 year old range.   And getting ready for possible snow on Sunday.  Just got to love this year.

But had gotten in several rides in the last 6 days.   One with fellow member Art on Monday.  And heading out this morning in a hour or so for a short 170 miler.

What meathead said...and as for grass...NOPE! I think I was more excited about not having to cut grass than I was to be able to ride my bike everyday. That said I have driven the Mustang 2 days this week because it's fun to drive...BUT NO GRASS!
