So many colors to choose from yet so few stand out

Covington, TN

« on: April 25, 2018, 01:44:31 PM »

Have started a new exercise routine.

I'm now getting into this like there is no tomorrow.  Repetitive motion is the key.

I started doing a new exercise routine.
Every day I do diddly-squats!

So far it's not showing much improvement but, I'm patient......   crazy2

You better be diddly-squatting in the bathroom (or out in the woods with the bears).

Ron,
I have been really busy with that routine since early last fall and have seen no improvement..........I may  be putting on some muscle mass though because my weight is going up.   Shocked

I've been seeing these ads on TV for the South Beach Diet. Whatever that is. And then I busted my zipper while at work and had to ride home for a new pair of pants. I think those ads were trying to speak to me.  Smiley

My neighbor down the street came by a few days ago and asked if I had ever seen a 74 yr. old man with 6-pack abs. Obviously not....especially on me. So he pulls up his shirt and sure enough, there was his 6-pack...he had found a picture of a 6-pack of beer somewhere and taped it to his belly. Said it was the first time he'd had a 6-pack there since he was 25 and flying recon in Nam. I poked him the belly and suggested his belly had seen way too many 6-packs already. Was good for a laugh anyway.  Grin

I'm only sixty-seven but I have six pack abs.  They're not easily visible as I keep them wrapped in 50 pounds of insulation.

Getting back in shape

The way I keep my back in shape, is to do as little lifting (or anything else) as possible.

My 20lb belly may be tough on my back, but it helps me keep my balance better, and my pants almost never fall down.
