I'm dealing with neuropathy from MS and the treatment options don't look good. So I'd figured I'd ask ya all if anyone has any ideas/experience

I've actually had more success with Gabapentin combined with an SSRI like Lexapro or Celexa.

Cannabis sativa/CBD (your choice), Transcendental Meditation, or a respected acupuncturist. They all work, but are opposing vectors.
Stay away from voodoo pharmacology dispensed by doctors; they are meant to neutralize your chemical/electrical pathways with their dope.  Your mind will become like concrete and your audition for "The Walking Dead" will arrive with your prescription.  If one reads all the side effects and contraindications of most prescription medications; one may decide that the cure is worse than the disease.  In many cases, it is.

suggest u get the book and read it. people with MS have a chronic yeast infection.

Never seen that med used for neuropathy. Usually just for anxiety type stuff. Neurontin is used a lot. Its a controlled substance and now a lot of places test for it on drug screens.
