I/m looking for a passenger arm rest for my 2000 I/S the more I look the more confused I get. Can any body recommend a set or have pass experience of what to have or look for.

I couldn't find the link nor remember the name (Big Bike Things?), but I had bought them for my 1st IS.

In the end, I didn't like them. They didn't swing, and needed to be removed/attached manually, and my wife is not very coordinated to do it herself, and it's hard to do it from the drivers seat.

Other than the above, no problem with the cost or the build. If you could adapt a GW one, onto our Valk, I would be happy.

Gordon is correct, they were made by Big Bike Things. But sadly they have been out of stock for some time.

IS armrests are built into the trunk. Are you looking for the plastic armrest cover?  cooldude

The armrests on the trunk are too high for her. I had her sit on some phone books but that didn't help. Looking for ones that are adjustable, swing out and have a cup holder. Then don't have to be new just functional.

I'm not aware of any kind of animal like that for the Valkyrie. GW only, but they where the same height.

I was going to get an GW one, and modify it to fit the Valkyrie.

They don't make them like that but you can mod some like these.

https://www.amazon.com/Honda-Goldwing-Black-Passenger-Armrest/dp/B00TUM8QEQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1525442703&sr=8-2&keywords=goldwing+armrests&dpID=31ft4xJmVlL&preST=_SX300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch

I had a picture that of course I can't find right now of someone who modded their interstate for them.  He made a bracket that attached to the trunk support then mounted the wing arm rests to that.  If i find the pic i'll post it back here.
