At least the reason it was given was deserved not like ones in the past. We are going to win so much.

A coalition of 18 House Republicans nominated President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize Wednesday.

"We, the undersigned members of the United States Congress, respectfully nominate President Donald J. Trump to receive the 2019 Nobel Peace Price in recognition of his work to end the Korean War, denuclearize the Korean peninsula, and bring peace to the region," the congressmen wrote the Norwegian Nobel Committee.

If North Korea truly comes to the table and de-nuclerizes, he deserves it.

I bet he'll donate the prize money

I totally agree. The only problem is that we ARE dealing with Norway here. Remember that they GAVE it to Obama when he was president for mere hours and hadn't done a single thing to even get it.

Jersey mike

this would be great if he did win the Nobel Peace Prize BUT I don't trust North Korea/China/Russia.

if "peace" did come to the region I would see it as a ruse to get US military out of the South and remove the DMZ. granted this wouldn't happen over night, I could see the North waiting a good long period of time before it put any type of plan into action to roll into the South.

i hope i'm wrong, it would be great for that country to finally get a chance to breathe a nice breath of free swinging peace and stability, but would it remain as 2 countries or will it try to unify as one...and then who would be the ruler. you know Kim Jung Un will not surrender his family title and powers. a guy like him doesn't just change his ways over night the way he suddenly has. IMO there is an ulterior motive here and it's not peace in the region or "for the good and welfare of his people".

I would have waited at least until after the meeting. He deserves a lot of credit for advancing things to this point but peace is still a way off.

Yes, peace is still a ways off, but you have to admit, Trump has done more to further peace in this world than the last POTUS ever has.  (world peace, not domestic.  Not that Trump is responsible for our current domestic unrest, I believe the sore losers are responsible for that.)

Nor was he mocked, ridiculed or subverted on a daily basis on virtually every media outlet out there. Did FOX News give him a hard time? Yes they did but not even close to the scale Trump gets hammered at every turn.

The difference being Obama (pbuh) had vitriol spewed at him from We The People, but was protected, coddled and even worshiped by the main stream media.

Trump has had vitriol, lies, hatred spewed at him non-stop from the main stream media, while he's being given a fair chance by We The People.

He may simply be buying time to figure out other ways to get his bombs around the world besides missiles  Look for the Koreans to start putting mobile launchers on cargo and other ships in the future
including harbors in Korea and here

Also China will want its claims to So China sea and to build their canal in SE asia in return for sure

Obama was a complete sham as a president for multiple reasons, and yes the first reason is that he was born in Kenya, never has a president had their entire life basically "sealed" as that jerk has. As for him wining the Nobel, yet another on the long long list of sham's, and he won the presidency "twice" for all the wrong reasons. Trump isn't even working with his full cabinet yet, and look at what all he is accomplishing even with non stop 24/7 lies, treason and propaganda. The American people "the silent majority" are fed up and will continue to speak loudly at the voting booths.

I think Obama tricked Trump into hiring all these people so that he would look bad when they all left. He probably convinced many of them after being hired by Trump to call him a F'ing moron and stupid. That Obama's is savvy beyond his years.  ;)

Lolol......the BEST people.

A few good ones in there. If hiring the wrong people is the worst you can come up with I'm happy. He's a lot more focused on the job at hand than his predecessor. If he can continue with the progress he has made so far with what is being labeled sub-par people we have a bright future as new people come in.

Love it! If only it wasn't so ironic. Regarding the Nobel topic, I no longer know how to feel. On one hand, it seems obvious that it is a little too early to be considering a Nobel, on the other hand the last Nobel given to a US President was for having a pulse. The last President's administration and the Clinton candidacy that was involved with it set the bar so low that I don't know there will ever be a recovery. How can the left be beating their chests and weeping over current investigations when Hillary still hasn't turned over documents she was ordered to give up, hasn't been prosecuted for things she admitted to doing, and all those connected still wander about smirking?

While you are talking about the change of staff you should also include these

Focus only on the FBI [for now]. Jim Rybicki, chief of staff and senior counselor - FIRED.
James Baker, general counsel - FIRED.
Andrew McCabe, deputy director - FIRED.
James Comey, director - FIRED.
Bill Priestap, Head of Counterintelligence and Strzok's boss - Cooperating witness [power removed].
Peter Strzok, Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence - cooperating witness [power removed].
Lisa Page, attorney with the FBI's Office of the General Counsel - cooperating witness [power removed].
Get the picture?

The only thing she ever Capitalized on was milking a phony charity for millions, selling out our country for millions, taking huge amounts of "donations" from the Middle East and her and Billie Boy taking Huge donations for speaking opportunities.

So Mr "know it all" what is the reason then? Could it be after 60 years we finally have a president with the balls to stand up to these out of control leaders instead of coddling them? Naa,that couldnt be it,could it?

The "rules of the road" are pretty specific. But they are implemented by humans. I don't rightly remember what your words were verbatim. But, I'm sure mine could have been taken as an insult on your intelligence. That's not how it was meant, but I can see where it could be seen that way. As to Willow sending PM's. Give me a break.
