Finally gave it a try.

Rode across town yesterday eve, only about 30 miles rd trip but felt good. I think I can start making some rides as long as they are not real long ones. Foot is still very tender, but as long as I am careful I think it will be OK.

I hear ya, Grumpy.  I haven't been able to ride since Nov 11th and it's killin' me.  Maybe one day next week I will try to go around the block once or twice to see how it goes.  I'm glad you were able to ride.  Hope to see some of you guys in the near future.

I can relate Grumpy, took off about two hours ago and just drifted about the ghetto  as in Palm-ghetto, that 1500 v twinke is not slow by any means!!    Glad you are on the mend and I'm sure you had an ear to ear grin.

  Vance I had a car change lanes to turn into a plaza while I was next to him, fortunately I was able to keep him from hitting me but was thrown off my bike and on to the hardass asphalt. Broke my ankle and bone in my foot, broken ribs, along with other things, from the look of my face shield it saved half my face from looking like hamburger. There's to much more to post here. 8 more weeks in cast.

   Won't be able to RUB IT IN  with weekday rides for awhile
