Nice Valk sighting. I would've never spotted it, because the main thing I noticed was how shaky those things are. A couple times I thought it was going to topple right over! |

Here's a screen grab of the bit with a Valk in it:  Googling on the addresses and company in the sign shows this to be in Mountain View, CA, if that helps narrow it down some. (Looks to be off the 101, very close to Google HQ) (I'd search the VRCC membership for folks in or near Mountain View, CA, but IMHO that data has become so stale as to be rather unreliable.) |

It looks like the front tire at least may be a whitewall, can't tell on the rear tire, and the rest of the bike looks very different, wrong setup, wrong color, etc. (Although it might have the same handlebar speakers?)  |

Is that a light/"hood ornament" on the front fender?
Or something else from the camera angle?
And seeing how "packed up" the bike is with luggage I'd surmise the guy was possibly traveling through.

I think I remember seeing white walls on O2S's bike in Spearfish. Yer rekememberer still wurkin!  And in another post I stated I have replaced the one you saw with the identical model but newer and now nicely scuffed in.  And I am on a Green and Silver I/S.  RIDE SAFE. |
