Ross-da prez-drove down from his place in Northern Illinois and I drove up from my place in Southern Missouri to Wentzville Mo. for the 2000 Valkyrie I/S-blue and grey da prez bought. Got the I/S loaded went to the local D M V and Ross had his questions answered and Gary-Sugarbear-directed us to Dukes B B Q restaurant at 100 Ash St in Wentzville Mo. I had a cheese burger with fries and the lettuce tomato onion and pickle were served on the side. ALL of the vegies were fresh and crisp and tasty. Ross had the chicken and the beef with cole slaw and fries and both of us were quite impressed with our meals. The iced tea was in a word-fantastic. If yer in the Wentzville they are not that Far off of I-70. We were there at the tail end of the lunch rush but it were worth the wait. My burger was hand pattied and the fries and my burger and both of da prez's meat dishes were cooked with out salt. Do NOT knock that lack of salt in the cooking til you've tried it. There IS salt and pepper and B B Q sauces and ketchup on the table. Go to the counter to order and they bring it out but yer cold drinks are self serve. We ever git back in dat area we WILL eat there again!  cooldude RIDE SAFE.

FYI , I left at 4:30 am and went to Wentzville Mo. Picked up bike , went to the dmv. Said our good byes to Gary  aka sugarbear.  O2S and I went and had lunch. I hit the slab and headed home with a U-Haul trailer following. Got in at 7:30 and logged 780 miles. That was a long day and the truck deserves a rest (not).

Really hated seeing her go, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.  Glad you enjoyed Dukes, it's the goto around here for great BBQ.

Signed wife up for Hospice yesterday, they say about a month left.
Not sure whats going to happen then, but my life will be forever changed.
