Guess this classy couple wasn't in need of a fast getaway. That's a 3/4 mile trip on a slow shopping cart....Bonnie and Clyde they ain't.   2funny

Hello John.  "We didn't steal it.  Just borrowed it and are gonna bring it back".  I recall a guy blowing up at me for how I was pushing my shopping cart at Costco in Altamonte Springs.  I suppose retail settings bring out a certain behavior in people.
So, how's things in NC, I know you miss the heat and congestion of Central Florida.  2funny  As for shopper's behavior, it must be catching. Had a couple raise a fuss over my parking in a handicap zone at the Costco on University Blvd.. Rita is so little they couldn't see her in the front seat, all they saw was a somewhat healthy male jump out of the car and walk toward the back so took it upon themselves to admonish me. When the rear door was fully open, I asked the man if he'd help me remove the wheelchair. He about blew a gasket thinking it was for me....I did it myself, wheeled it around to the front door and helped Rita out and into the chair. I wheeled her out from between the cars and asked the "nice" couple if they'd like to meet my wife, whereupon they both turned and walked back to their car and left. Rita's parting words were to them; "you both have a nice day and keep spreading the cheer."  The woman started to come back and her husband stopped her, probably a good thing 'cuz she was obviously pissed but he saw I wasn't prone to taking any guff by this time. Takes all kinds, some we can do without.  cooldude

Hmm, I know exactly where that store, street and bar are.  This may sound familiar ,but, the stupidity of some people knows no bounds.

I've also had similar experiences with the 'holier than thou' types over handicap spaces. Not one has ever thought to try and make things right upon seeing the reason.

Have the blue dangly for the cage and Phatt Ghurl has the disabled license plate. I've gotten "looks" when leaving my scooter in a disabled spot but no one-yet-has said anything. Maybe? cuz when I am riding I look like a biker-beard-shaved head and standing right at 6' 2" tall and have the shades on til I git inside! BUT I could be not correct!  Been waiting for someone to say something bout a M/C with a disabled tag. One of our Lady P G R riders was confronted at a restaurant after a mission cuz of her disabled tag on her trike. Next thing this doofus couple knew there were about 15 of her leather clad friends behind her BUT she assured us she had it under Control!  Roll Eyes Yeah-no apology there either!  uglystupid2 RIDE SAFE.
