Really excited!!
Three of us Nogrey, Diamond Dave and myself (Whooray) will be headed out this Tuesday the 5th for Inzane.. We are leaving in the afternoon and our first stop will be in Brigham City UT where we will spend the night at my brother Merles home. We are leaving out the following am for VA with Merle in tow.
Its going to be a pretty much freeway ride but lots of fun Im sure .
We are planning on arriving in Roanoke Sunday the 10th in the early afternoon.

So if you see the four of us somewhere out there going down the highway give us a shout.....or just throw us a little gas money....we could use the spare change you have Cheesy

Looking forward to meeting up with you all in Roanoke!     the VRCC Rocks!!!  Raymond (Whooray) Hill

If using I-80 through Chi-town, please keep your head on a swivel. It tends to be a busy stretch and ALWAYS under construction. I will be traveling I-80 in a westerly direction on Sunday and should (better be) in Denver by Tuesday.

I've been coast-coast 6times since '03 and have never been near Chicago. Maybe you could drop down South before Chi and avoid it. Once I went through Atlanta on a Sunday late morning. Never again; it was bad even then.

It looks like even Google Maps wants to avoid Chicago........

Even Google is right on that.  I am avoiding all of Illinois in both directions.
