I just saw Wooray's post about their ride from Idaho to Roanoke....... I had so wanted to go and ride with my son Travis again as well as all of the fine family of friends here. Alas, it won't happen this year. The work assignment here in New Zealand that was supposed to last 3 months has been extended. For how long? I don't know. I haven't been back to the States yet, but will return later this summer for a couple weeks.
It has been a great time here in NZ. Leathel and I have had several rides together. With the weather turning (it's autumn here), I have decided to wait until spring to ride again.
I will miss all of the friends this year, but hopefully will meet up and catch some good wind with everyone.

  So Jim , I was wondering what happened to you. We have been to N Z and loved it. I would like to go back but this time ride on two wheels. We were in Australia also.  I guess we will have to get around to a cup of coffee when you return.  Ride and travel safe.

Possibly, I will have to wait and see how this project goes. So far, it has been a really good one.
