Currently watching AXS tv and just finished a one hour documentary on the creation of "Electric Ladyland" by Jimi; production, engineering, composition, and musicians are all covered with fantastic interviews of the participants.   Now, it's 2 1/2 hours of Stevie Ray Vaughn.  So, a great morning of music before punching the clock this afternoon; it gives a half day of being light anyway before the job.

Outlaws.  Good.  Haven't heard them for a while.  I think they get overlooked on classic stations.

Outlaws (Tampa band not Waylon and Willie) are on my traveling playlist. Along the same vein is Atlanta Rhythm Section, aka ARS. Once had lots of radio play but the classic rock stations forgot about them. And Waylin, Willie, Tom Paul, and Jessie actually are part of my play list, just not the same one the Outlaws are on. One of my favorites from ARS even though I don't remember it from radio play.

Pure Prairie League would be another good band as long as I don't have to listen to Amie.
