I use one for dirt riding, I full it then freeze it..... nice to have fluid when loosing liquids to heat, cooler days half full it when freezing it so it defrosts faster Cheesy

Hey, Sandy. It worked great. I have to give the credit to Ron though. I’ve been watching him ride with his for years and figured it was time I tried one. When I get back I’m going to lengthen it about 8” though.  cooldude

My wife bought a Kriega Hydo 3, holds 3 liters. On a 270 mile ride she drank a total of 5 liters and seemed to stay pretty hydrated...she wont leave home without it
