Hello
just a new VRCC member checking in. Have a 98 Standard that I purchased last month. I am new o Valkyries, not new to Motorcycles. Have an 08 Goldwing since it was born, and a couple of other bikes for fun. Looking forward to riding this Valk, so far it has been way more fun than I thought it would be. cooldude Thank you for this site.

Welcome to the club.  There's a lot of knowledge availabile on the forum about the Valkyrie and folks willing to share it.  There's also a lot of political "stuff" so choose those topics with care.  Be assured that the most far left or far right post was made by a fellow rider who can easily be your friend if you ever meet them and respond accordingly.

Their are "others" there in Idaho. These Dragons that have adopted us are Very Addictive. Habit forming ya might say. Not Sure of the exact figure but a gypsy member here-DDT-has over 600000 miles on his Valkyrie that he calls Ali. Considering they-Honda-quit building them-1520 CC and 6 carbs-in 2003 you might say we are a sort of a preservation society that rides the snot outa the things we be preservin.  coolsmiley Another of our members-smokin Joe-nailed it-if you can walk away from her with out turnin around for another look you bought the wrong M/C.  cooldude Icy cold adult beverages and good BBQ go a long ways to needed wrenchin help.  Roll Eyes Again-Welcome to our sand box and RIDE SAFE.
