Genuine look-alike Honda luggage rack?

Anyone ever order the luggage rack for a 2014/2015 Valkyrie from a site called gearstyles.top? They have one listed under P/N 332392784289 as a 08L71-MJR-670 for $43.99. Even if it's a made of Chinesium and rattle-can chrome, for that price I might be willing to check it out.
Thoughts? Experience?

Actually that looks like the one I bought from the dealer. The issue is that you need the install kit that has the 2 brackets with it. That is a seperate purchase although that price for the carrier is much cheaper than the dealer.

Look pretty sketchy to me.  You can't get any info on them.  If it is legitimate it is a hell of a deal.  I just spent $150 for one.  I have the sissy bar so don't need the mounting bracket.
