97 valk, final drive,, ok to use belray assembly lube on spline, pin cup, drive shaft on re assemble??

I have used it.  It dries out really bad if used by itself.  It has good moly content so it's good but I'd ad some water resistant grease along with it.

I use the Belray Waterproof grease, Ive never had a problem But I used it on boat drives and couplers and it was the only grease that would stand up to the water and rpm and not be washed out. I use it now as my only grease on many applications also and never have a problem.

Assembly lube and waterproof grease are not the same or interchangeable. Bel Ray Waterproof grease is the better product for wheel splines as it stays put. On the drive shaft I use Valvoline Durablend due it it having 3% a moly content.

I use the valvoline mixed with lucas waterproof grease. Has worked well for me.
