I enjoyed following your ride very much. Although I was a little worried after you guys had lunch with that GR fellow and then there was no word of you for 5 days.  Smiley

Nah, two aces and a joker.  The joker got left on the discard pile later that afternoon.

It was good meeting those two, exploring on foot while Wizzard's tire got changed.

Wizzard, you gave my perspective a bit of a tweak when you were commenting on the prettiness of the magpies that you appreciated seeing everywhere in Alberta, but that we mostly consider a pest.

Hey now,,that was Bob's tire that got changed,, then he could not find his credit card and I had to pay for it. Amazingly that tire had a 1 inch cut in it and happened in Casper Wyoming. We put 3 plugs in it and went all the way to Calgary. After I paid,Bob found he credit card in his shoe!! Remember how we looked all over for it. As to the Magpies,, you always appreciate what you don't have.
We had a great time on that trip and I would love to repeat it.
This is how nice Calgary is

That is some beautiful country. When I'm done exploring this side of the border, I'll head North.

Had dinner with G.R and Terry when last year in Calgary with Bonnie

A fun time was had, good beer was drank, food was meh

I would love to go spend a few weeks riding that area someday either solo or with friends.

Is it just me or does Wizzard look like he could be related to 3fan?  Both of them are almost always smiling in pictures

Isn't it opening day for the Calgary Stampede?

I believe there's free (?) seniors breakfast all week (unsure of the age 55 or 65+).
