The judge Joyce Lester, cited the fact that Hajj Solomon is from a different cultural background from the six complainants as a reason to call into question their identification of him.

Hajj Soleiman, a 40-year-old Syrian and father of six who came to Canada December, 2015 was accused of six counts of sexual assault and six counts of sexual interference after a series of gropings and molestations in the West Edmonton Mall World Waterpark in February, 2017.

The complainants, six girls age 13 to 15, accused Hajj Solomon of sexually touching them in the wave pool.

Court hears two full weeks of testimony beginning in January and heard from all six girls and 12 other witnesses.

Over 40 bikers showed up once again to support the six minor victims; Urban Bulldogs Against Kid Abuse and Guardians of the Children filled the courtroom, lined the walls, and spilled out of the courtroom into the hall.

I don't know all the facts of that case, and just how suspect the identification issue was (there sure were a lot of witnesses). 

If he was not found to be the molester beyond any reasonable doubt, then he deserved to be acquitted. 

But if he was just given a pass based on his cultural background, well...... when the courts don't give you justice... you get your own justice.  (And risk the consequences)

And it should be up to the participants involved as long as they are at least 21 years of age and can prove it. I already KNOW that 21 thingy is pie in the sky but you should git my drift. I have an idea for punishment of child molesters but moral decency prevents me from posting it here. It do on the other hand involve nails an old wooden shack an accelerant and a butter knife.  a really DULL BUTTER KNIFE!  RIDE SAFE.

You're too good to them - my preferred way would probably get me thrown out. But it doesn't involve the shack.

  The first time I read it , I could not respond. The admin would have blocked me. He (it) is in another country. His lifestyle does not apply. If I go to his country and kiss his wife , they would kill her and me.    The laws of Canada should apply. What about the girls emotional well being. I know , they do not have rights because we do not want to offend him.    As a parent , I would see that he was taught respect. Like it or not. You touch my daughter , I will thump you.  Then you can have me arrested for what ever lame law your country has.
