I needed a tire ASAP and had to go with what I could get my hands on right away.

I wanted the General Altimax RT43 but couldn't get one.

This tire seems to be a close cousin.

The shoulders are fairly rounded,its V rated and feels like a good soft compound.

I'm sure that there are better tires out there but I've made my bed.

My main interest is has anyone used this one or the Altimax?

And what pressure worked best?

My plan is to start at 36psi but if someone has experience with this tire I would be open to their suggestion.

36 sounds good. I use 34 in the Champiro.
