I was wondering if there is such a thing? I would like to take my young grandson for a ride. I would feel a lot better if he had something besides my waist to hold onto. sure wouldn't hurt for my wife to have to use either.

I have love handles my wife seems to like grabbing them!
I have never seem handle belts interesting idea, not sure how comfortable it would be to wear though.

If I remember correctly someone used those saddlebag stays mounted upside down.

I forgot all about passenger grab rails until I read your post. Meant to get them but they were so rare (pic below). Then I didn't have the money when they were available. I believe they were Hondaline. Some forum member must have them and maybe they'll chime in. Wasn't there sumpthing about the grab rails interfering with the swing of the saddlebag lids? Big Bike Things sells the version in the bottom pic.

IIRC, Cobra and Add-On offered these for the 1500 Valks when the bikes were being produced.
