Dear State Environmental Agency.

I will happily represent these beavers in this dam litigation. 

But not pro bono, rather at State expense as these dam beavers are clearly in forma pauperis and entirely destitute (I have already searched and there are no tax returns for any of them for many years).  I will accept the usual civil litigation fees ordinarily provided in these matters, but must also request additional expenditure to depose the putative state inspector who initiated this dam matter prior to any formal hearing. 

Just so you know, I have a good deal of previous experience representing beavers before multiple civil and criminal courts in this state (not on environmental issues, but rather for unlawful sale and lease of beaver and other pandering matters).  Most of this was also by way of state payment of fees for court appointed counsel for indigent beavers.  I believe the record shows I am a dam beaver specialist, and I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
