I am gonne replace my choke wire.
When I split the  handle bar house where the wire is connected, is there any springs or something that can "spring loose" and get lost or difficult to put back?

Everything stays where it belongs.  No loose springs or anything else to worry about.  When you disconnect the wire at the carbs, tie a long string to the end and pull it out at the handlebars.  After new cable is on, simply reattach the string to the new wire and pull it back through.
