I think I might have left my wife if she shot me in the head while I slept.  Shocked

Probably should have been a warning that the marriage was in trouble.

Ain't love grand?

How does one accidentally shoot their spouse in the head with a crossbow, in the bedroom, while he is sleeping?

I've heard/read a lot of (investigative) stories in my day, and that's not even in the top half for credibility.

Did they keep a loaded crossbow for self defense?

How did he not die?

His thick head saved him, and killed him two years later.

Are these eye drops over the counter?

She said she was having trouble loading the crossbow and took it in the bedroom for him to help. I guess she figured it out on the way up. I believe the eye drops are over the counter. I remember hearing something about them giving you diarrhea if you got any in your mouth.
I think I'd be looking for some of your divorce compadres after I removed the arrow from my head.  Smiley

Agreed.  Though the divorce would come later, first (right away) you have to find a place to live (sleep) where she doesn't have a key (cancel all joint accounts, change all passwords and pins, change beneficiaries, write a new will, take all your guns, and maybe grow a mustache).

In my years on this earth, I have come to believe if your wife (friend, neighbor, co-worker) shoots you in the head with a crossbow, there had to be some signs and symptoms of it before it happened.

Unless we're talking about (bad) bipolar or schizophrenics, with them you never know what they might do (especially after they stop taking their meds, which most of them do).
