Alan Dershowitz went off on the ridiculous demands

Attorney, law professor and Democrat, Alan Dershowitz, went on FOX Business Network to discuss the Christine Blasey Ford demands from the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Alan Dershowitz: Every civil libertarian in the country, liberal, conservative, Republican, Democrat, led by the Civil Libertarian Union should be outraged by this demand. It is so un-American. You’re the accuser. You get on the witness stand. You testify. You make your accusation. You get cross-examined. THEN the accused responds. It turns the entire legal system on its head. It is INSANE to ask an accused person to deny the accusation before he has heard the accusation being made and cross-examined. Sure, the FBI should continue its background check. It should also call everyone else who may have been at this party. All of that is true. But the idea that he goes first? I want to hear from the American Civil Liberties Union. Where are they? This is the most fundamental denial of due process.

Its a dog and pony show by the Dems everyone knows it and I dont understand why its not being stopped. I could go into the background of Ford even down to her father was in the CIA but her actions are proving to be her downfall. Everyone is on the band wagon including the advisor for Anita Hill advising Ford on what to do. All Dems, all in on it, no proof, no laws broken and yet Congress allows this to go on. Kavanaugh will more than likely be approved.

Its more of a comment on the corruption in this country by the obstruction of a legitimate candidate than it is about Ford. Soon hopefully this will all come to an end in a very dramatic way.

Why it is not being stopped?

This is a treasure trove for the GOP. Everyone knows Kavanaugh is going to get confirmed. Everyone knows this latest stunt is just that, a stunt. But what it does do is set the standard, which the Democrats are now on the record of making, for future GOP stunts against Dem. supported nominations to anything. The Dems just don't seem to realize they are setting standards that they will have to be held to as well.

And it's on the record. For everyone to see. On the internet.

I would like to post something hilariously disparaging against the Democrat party here, but discretion is the better part of valor.

He's become the "rational" voice of the left on FOX and they HATE him for this.  Almost daily now he recites and interprets the laws surrounding TDS, and it negates everything the left keeps chanting and even actively working towards.

I think he's very brave for doing what he's doing........ putting the country and its laws before party.

 That is the way a judge is supposed to be. Argue the law the way it is written in the Constitution NOT their own personal  interpretation of the law.
