So many colors to choose from yet so few stand out

As the title says, I am looking for an old, tarnished, beat up set of Valkyrie wheels and wore out tires.

My need is definately dependent on price and cost of shipping.   If you have what I need, please let me know.  Thanks in advance.

Ron,

If you find yourself needing a rider that also fits that description... well, you know... I ain't pricey... or spendy, depending upon which part of the country I'm in... Might even be talked into free shipping!

Yep, you had me with the "old, tarnished, beat up" part then you had to add "set of Valkyrie wheels."  Oh well, a little excitement & expectation goes a long way for me these days.  2funny

I got my (rear) wheel from Pinwall Cycle Salvage.

It wasn't trashed, but it hadn't been cleaned/polished for some years (or ever) either.  (Metal valve stem time too.)

As I recall, $200 plus shipping.  It was listed on an auction, but I told them I didn't do auctions, and just paid the Buy It Now price, and they pulled it from the auction.

Many people sell the old tire on it too, 'cause they don't want to take it off, but it's better off, and cheaper/smaller to ship (and easier to start cleaning/polishing).  It's not like you're going to use that tire.

Bruce,
Mural asked me to ask you just how pricey....or spendy.  I’m not sure just where she is going with that.  She may be looking for a trade up.

Have the front rim in hand now and have been offered an old front tire.

Just need a rear rim and tire now.
