man, he seemed awfully fast as compared to the rest of the runners, seems to be faster than many NFL players as well probably.  For sure tackling better since now the NFL is almost 2 hand touch flag football since they do not want concussions anymore....

Not even close. For one thing, the first "chaser" was fumbling with his gun or taser the whole way. The tackler just ran. The "escapee" petered out in no time. The tackler did make a good closing in the last 10'. He would have stood no chance with any NFL running back or wide reciever. (But the initial chaser could have shot him)  :)
