It's a 98 Std dressed as a tour with 122,+ miles.
Looking for some feed back on informative displays I plan to have there.
Here is what I have thus far.

1998 Honda Valkyrie.
Made in Marysville, Ohio USA!
The Original Power Cruiser!
1520 CC Flat 6 Boxer!
122,000 + Original Miles!

HONDA F6 VALKYRIE
Easy to ride - Super smooth - Awesome power
The Valkyrie has it all - long distance touring capability - excellent handling – smooth -  vibration free - and awesome power and it looks like a motorcycle!
It oozes presence. Taking this bike through the twisties is a real pleasure.
Handling is light and completely predictable, and the low speed handling is surprisingly good for a bike this big. The powerful six-cylinder motor has a strong pull from less than 1000 rpm to the red line.

Honda F6 Valkyrie Reviews
CAROLE NASH   Before you judge the Valkyrie on its appearance, then fall about laughing,
just try riding this thing for a day.
It is quite simply, the most capable highspeed cruiser on the market.

MCN   The Honda F6C Valkyrie is actually reasonably good fun to ride and some might
say it's best made motorcycle in America.

MOTORSPORTS NETWORK   1   The Valkyrie's handling is right on, offering rather light and quick steering - even at high speeds.

MOTORSPORTS NETWORK   2   Some bikes just feel right from the first ride, and the '98 Valkyrie Tourer is such a motorcycle.

MOTORCYCLE.COM   "It's just too smooth, too good handling, too comfortable."

MINNESOTA MOTORCYCLE MONTHLY   Oh, boy! Another mega huge cruiser to ride. This one is Honda's biggest bigness, the Valkyrie...

THE AUTOCHANNEL   Cruising around the nightspots of LA, the Valkyrie was as welcome at the door as any VIP or Gold Card.

MOTORCYCLE CRUISER.COM   Honda's flagship cruising flat-six motorcycle does it all: muscle bike, weekday commuter, open-road runner, corner charger, boulevard troller, statement maker.

Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of the Honda Valkyrie 1520 cc heavyweight touring bike, manufactured by Honda Motor's US production subsidiary, Honda of America Manufacturing (HAM).

Between 1997 and 2003 Honda had what was declared the "Cruiser of the Decade" in a Flat 6 Valkyrie.
The problem that is believed why the Valkyrie is no longer in production is that (Joe Boyd) the man responsible for it was killed in a motorcycle accident and no one at Honda wanted to take the ball.

Plus a picture of the motor.

Any thoughts?
Please and thank you.

I'd drop the exclamation points on the list at the top. Personally, I wouldn't use the word boxer, since Flat Six says it all, and some folks might think you meant it was Porsche based. Sometimes less is more, and the more you hype the more folks will push back.

HAvent  been to a motorcycle show in years.     Used to be in Houston they had an "American Made Classification" for the show bikes made in America.   They wouldn't let the Goldwing and Valkyries made in Maryville Ohio enter in that classification.    If I remember right several Valk owners raised cane about it so they changed the classification to " Harley Davidson" classification.    Really pissedoff a lot of High Dollar show bikes that couldn't enter because they had S&S motors....ha     However really hate that Houston dropped the motorcycle shows yrs ago.    Don't know why they did but I miss going.

I'd add..... 6 28mm Mikuni carburetors.

And I'd add that's it's running a car tire, if it is.

The last sentence is a bit misleading as the Valk was discontinued mainly due to low/slow sales, not Joe Boyd dying.  And it WAS back in production (or the Valkyrie name was in the 1800 FI version), now again discontinued.

DO THE NICKEL TRICK. If you got the patience do it with a dime or penny, nickle, dime and quarter. I've done it with a dime a number of times. I know there's a video somewhere with all the change doing it.

I have removed the exclamation points.
No Car Tire on my bike.
With The velocity stacks I believe the carbs will get lots of questions, They always do.
Removed the Part about why the Valkyrie died out.
Nickle trick I gave thought too, but uncertain that they would allow for the bike to be running inside with a large crowd in the building.
I certainly plan to ask about the ability to do this tho.

Thanks for all the input thus far guys!!

Any other thoughts?

Check the fine print on whatever contract/entry paper you signed to participate. Any indoor show I've been involved with, required that the gas tank be drained within reason prior to entering the venue.  When the bike is presented for entry, a fire marshal or designated representative will confirm this and put a self-adhesive seal across the gas cap or gas door which must remain intact throughout the time the bike is inside the building.

Wheels have been polished, however they are dirty.
Bike will be spit shined and polished hair taking to event and at event.
As for the gas amount within the tank....
That's good information...  I wil check into that.
Thanks all.

Get a lap top and show the video of the NICKEL TRICK! Tell them there will be a demo after the show.

When I made my sign for a show I entered I stated after All her attributes and the mileage that she was indeed an Every Day Rider. Some folks were impressed with the Amount of Stock Chrome. Others were impressed with the mileage. If questioned about Your mileage mention D D Ts mileage. Mention our 100000 200000 300000 mile clubs and the higher mileages. RIDE SAFE P S-Good Luck on yer showing.

KISS
Keep
It
Simple
Stupid

I like the thought of listing the bikes attributes and let the beauty of the bike speak for itself.
Everywhere she goes I am answering questions and receiving compliments.

Nearly let her speak for herself.
Just do my part to keep her looking good!!

let us know how you do, should be interesting seeing a  NON v-twin in the lineup.

If I was not so lazy cleaning and waxing my Valks,  I would enter them into the local mom/pop car/cycle show in our town and nearby small towns.  I bet I could get at least 3rd place, if not 1st, seeing as how there are probably only 10-15 cycles that show up in the entries.
