So that’s why the Dems don’t want a wall!

Small correction, it's not Trump's Wall, it's The USA's wall.

John your side wanted a wall well documented and then when someone with balls enough to take on the task, all Dems are against it?   Why? answer that question.    Please. The rest of us know
Why.  Just curious to your sides thinking.

The Ukraine has been a failed state for several years already, but it still exists on the map. People live there, work, most people still have electricity (albeit not 24/7), a government exists, and, at least officially, law and order is maintained. This kind of collapsed society can go on for years, maybe decades, but it is in a state of collapse nonetheless, as it has reached all the 5 Stages of Collapse as defined by Dmitry Orlov in his seminal book “The Five Stages of Collapse: Survivors’ Toolkit” where he mentions the following 5 stages of collapse:

Stage 1: Financial collapse. Faith in “business as usual” is lost.

Stage 2: Commercial collapse. Faith that “the market shall provide” is lost.

Stage 3: Political collapse. Faith that “the government will take care of you” is lost.

Stage 4: Social collapse. Faith that “your people will take care of you” is lost.

Stage 5: Cultural collapse. Faith in “the goodness of humanity” is lost.

The interesting part of this was not the video it was some of the comments below the video.

It again confirms many folks belief that we as a society have managed to violate a law of mother nature.

We have made it possible for fools and idiots to survive and breed.

Mother nature cannot be happy about this.

You damn well know how 95% of the members here feel about politics. You purposely post this to get a rise out of people. And before you say "no I didn't" remember how many deleted threads and or locked threads you have been part of. You are no better than Baldo or Meathead, although Meathead has been very considerate lately.

You know, back in the early 1800s we had these towns called Forts. One near me is Fort Vallonia. What were theses Forts surrounded by? Ah, that's right, WALLS? There were walls on all sides. What were the purpose of these walls? It couldn't have been to keep the enemy out. That is just too inhumane.  Why not invite the enemy in, give them food and a place to sleep, medical care and free money and hope they still don't kill you. That is the only logical way to do things  Roll Eyes

I’d say it would be hard to get 95% of the members to agree on anything here. Hopefully we are at 95% agreement of the Honda Valkyrie.

Good advice for you, John.  When you find(?) something that you think is funny because it ridicules people with whom you disagree pushing it in the face those who disagree is not real humor, is it?  When one chooses to act like an asshole and gets treated as an asshole it shouldn't be much of a surprise.    Wink

As pointed out above, it's not the President's wall.  It's our wall.

Honestly I'm not a big proponent of the physical wall.  I do believe we need to up our protection of the south border and a wall is a definite part of that in places.  More manpower and more intense patrolling should be included.

He is our president and I support him for that.  Nancy Pelosi can interfere with federal government progress but cannot control it from the House.

Elected for the wall promise?  Not so much.  The President has already done what caused me to vote for him.

Agreed willow a physical wall isnt needed in all places but a wall is needed. People don’t understand we are spending more taking care of illegals than anwall would cost. Maybe they do and just dont give two S H I T S.

I learned the definition of exploitation from my 7th grade social studies teacher, Mr Granelli.  He used the illegal migrant worker as the example.  Since then, I have watched and listened to the issue of illegal immigration become a political football right on up there with abortion.  Also in that time, thousands of girls and women have been raped, sold into sex trafficking and slavery.

If for nothing else, heaven help us, we HAVE to shut it down for this one reason alone.

The border needs to completely locked down with only minimal points of entry allowed.  The 800,000 cases awaiting trial should be terminated and all people who crossed illegally need to be placed back on the other side.

We need to send a strong message that this country will no longer allow people to enter illegally.  Multiple offenders should be locked up so they can't do it again.  The word has to spread that it's over.  Only then will parents stop sending their little girls north with a sweatshirt and condoms.

The Left, with their moral high ground, in blocking any progress of shutting it down should be ridiculed by the press instead of applauded for fighting the evil Trump.  TRUMP isn't committing the rapes, but the Left is now fully complicit due to their refusal to fix the problem.
