The state tourism dept has a free handbook.....Arkansas.com/motorcycling....  that is a very informative--it has a lot of  different routes/roads most of which I have ridden and are very good if not spectacular. Also interestingly they have a lot of dual sport rides and even a vendor to rent from cooldude

Don't know anything about cycling in Arkansas, but I know something important for those riding or contemplating riding there. If'n your ride takes you through Conway, there is an unassuming name for a burger joint (and I shouldn't call it a "joint", a "Burger Heaven" would be more fitting) by the name of Dave's Burgers. That's it Dave's Burgers. No better burger & fries anywhere in...anywhere!
I'm just not going to say anymore, just eat there and you can thank me later.

I understand there are more locations in the area, so be aware.

Speaking of burgers, this place wasn't bad located in Russellville. I've eaten there a couple times and so far so good. It's strolling distance from the motel 6 I'd stayed at and is just the other side of I-40 from Honda of Russellville.

Arkansas definitely has some great hiways and back roads to tour. It can get sticky weather-wise during the summer for those not use to it. Scenic Hwy 7 always makes for a great connect to other great roads to explore.
