Judicial Watch will get them under oath, A federal judge has breathed new life into questions surrounding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server and the 2012 attack that killed U.S. officials in Benghazi, Libya. https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2019/01/16/susan-rice-clinton-email-lawsuit/2592081002/The court, in ordering a discovery plan last month, ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.” https://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/press-releases/federal-court-orders-discovery-on-clinton-email-benghazi-scandal-top-obama-clinton-officials-susan-rice-and-ben-rhodes-to-respond-to-judicial-watch-questions-under-oath/?utm_source=t.co&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=press%20release

Her testimony will include a lot of "I Don't Know" and many "I Can't Recall".
Clinton sat for 11 hours using those two phrases over and over again and she's considered a hero. Not for her policies during her tenure as a Senator or Sec'y of State, but for sitting still for 11 hours.

Comey Closed Door Interview Response Counter:
‘I don’t know’ - 156 times
‘I can’t remember’ - 72 times
‘I don’t recall’ - 8 times
Comey was the DIRECTOR OF THE FBI, who gave the above answers to congress. And he is free man. They have figured out a way to get away with it all. From Hillary on down,......... I Don't Know.
I Don't Know is better than lying, even if you are lying about not knowing. Kavanaugh's accuser used it. She couldn't recall important information from 36 years ago and she got a go fund me page that she is definitely using and that people are still contributing to. It currently has $650,000 in it. And all she could remember is that 100% it was Brett who touched her, over her clothes, for a brief second while wrestled to the ground by someone else. She Can't Recall ANYTHING else about that day and said so over and over again. And they made her rich.
I Don't Know. 3 simple little words. Brilliant.

Simple solution - tell them as they are testifying after the 2nd or 3rd utterance of those phrases will be considered "Contempt of Congress" and make them serve time in jail for it.

They are all lying to protect the party and remove the duly elected President.

Even if it stays that way, so be it. Means that the President can have massive memory loss at a moment's notice should there be a witch hunt

If Hillary (or her people) committed crimes, I'm all in favor of they being hold accountable to it. In my view, after stealing the nomination from Bernie Sanders (and the whole scandal around it), the Clintons should have being expelled from the Democratic party. I see all politicians as employees paid by my taxes and they are doing a pretty poor job, honestly. The longer I live in the USA, the more I start to see that the Justice is a 2-tier system: a) Rich people gets a slap in the wrist or reduced sentences. b) Poor people are sent to rot in the jail. If you are black, odds are that you will just get shot to death even before being arrested not mattering if you actually committed a crime or not (numbers support my statement). @Robert: given the fixation on emails, have heard about Ivanka's email account?

@Britman: I guess it means you agree with most of what I wrote? I would love to have those numbers ready, I'm afraid I don't. It seems that police doesn't collect or publish such stats (i.e. racial profiling on traffic stops). I suggest you try to talk to an African American and ask his opinion on the subject. I once was working in a project for a $INSERT_BIG_COMPANY_NAME and had a team mate from LA that was a former navy submarine corporal (or whatever is called). Nice guy, pretty smart, good engineer. Also happened to be African American. We had a pretty enlightening conversation once about it that changed my views on the subject.

Obviously not.... Anyone with a (D) after their name is given a pass on anything up to and in some cases including murder...

You said that b) was bollocks.
That had 3 statements: - Poor people are sent to rot in jail. - African Americans are mistreated by the police (and odds are bigger of being killed).
- Numbers support the statement.
The third I crossed in the original post because I don't have the numbers.
Do you also disagree with the first 2 statements?

I totally disagree with the generalizations you claim to be facts. - Poor people are sent to rot in jail. - I have personally seen where middle class people are sent to jail, made to pay for an attorney out of their own pocket, and then have to pay large fines for offenses because they work and have a source of income that the city/courts can collect from, for 1st offenses. I have also seen where poor, unemployed, welfare cases (race doesn't matter) are given attorney's to represent them at taxpayer expense, and then have charges reduced or dropped, after multiple offenses. After enough repeat offenses they may be jailed, given probation (often violated), or if jailed, released due to overcrowding. - African Americans are mistreated by the police (and odds are bigger of being killed). - Assholes get what they deserve from the police. Sure there are rare instances where cops over react, but IN THE MAJORITY of cases, that you never hear about or see repeated adnoseum by the media and championed by race-baiting civil rights activists, people are treated with more respect than most of them deserve by the police. White, black, yellow, red, it doesn't matter, don't follow directions>pay the consequences. Those are MY generalizations and some are facts based on personal experiences, but I don't have sources to quote.

Respect TO LEOs will generally get you respect FROM the LEOs. Apparently some people don't learn this until it's too late, or think they are something special and can flaunt whatever.
