I made my Inzane and hotel reservations today. Looking forward to having you join me for a long and curvy ride to Taos, NM.

I am planning on stopping at my Son's in Gilbert for a few days on the way to IZ, maybe I can follow you up those winding roads.

Good to hear Dave. I had the staples pulled today, let our recoveries continue.

We would love to have you join us. Keep checking this board as others join in and we plan a route.

Roger, I'm not sure yet if we are able to make it.  But if we do, would love to ride up with you.  :cooldude:

Rob, if you don't go to IZ, maybe at least a ride part of the way up could work out.

I'm also registered.  My current plan is to overnight in Safford, then up Devil's Highway, overnight somewhere between Alpine and Soccoro, then on to Taos.  I'm open to something different, and I offer my route for consideration.

You better stay in Alpine or Socorro. In between is slim pickens.

What day will this group be passing thru Phoenix on the way to Inzane?

There is a chance (well a slim chance) that I will be able to fly to Phoenix, take an uber west over to Surprise and borrow one of Psycho's bikes then ride out to Taos.  Doubt that I could get to Surprise before 1 or 2pm so that rules out a 600 mile ride that same day to Ground Zero

Will the ride from Phoenix be doable in one day before the sun goes down?

Thanks

If riding with the group doesn't work out, if you just want to beeline there, you could leave Surprise at 5 am and arrive by 3 or 4 pm.  Or you could leave when you get to Surprise at 1-2 pm, ride 'til dark, then resume in the morning.  Might be a bit warm at 1-2 pm though.

You can't do much about the length of your life, so focus on the width.

I'll be passing thru Phoenix on Fri the 7th headed for Safford.  Probably a couple of days earlier than you were thinking.
