I've got way too much stuff, and need to clean up the garage a bit to make more room (for more stuff probably, but that's another conversation). Craigslist is hit or miss, with more scam emails than real replies. Ebay is definitely a shell of what it once was. Is anyone using any of the newer sites/apps like Let Go or Offer Up with success? I have some stuff that the cost of shipping hurts, like saddlebags and other larger items. I'll always offer any Valk stuff here first, but I have more general automotive and motorcycle that I do Valk specific stuff. Thoughts?

How about trying commercial salvage yards like Pinwall Cycle?  On-line or nearby?

You may not get as much, but you may be able to do package deals and get it over with.

I've heard some folks in this area use "Marketplace" in their Facebook accounts with some pretty good results.  If you have a FB account it might be worth a look.....I don't have an account so I don't really know how good Marketplace is but maybe some others here may have some input on it also.

GOOD LUCK ! cooldude

I rarely use Facebook, and I use an alias rather than my real name for when I am on it, but have just discovered Marketplace, and think it might be worth a try.  Up until now, kijiji was the only way to go around here.  For Marketplace to dominate kijiji, all they need to do is have more subcategories.

There is a Valkyrie market place on FB, but there are many here that are into more than just Valkyries, so I would post a list of what you have here in the classifieds as well as on the FB page.  Worst that could happen is it won't sell.

Facebook has work excellent for me. Some people seem to have an aversion to it but since last fall when I started having to divest myself of a lot of stuff for a upcoming move, I have sold everything I have listed.

I use a local 'Yard Sale" Facebook page.

Seems to get lots of action.
