Here's a good game to watch. Played Friday just passed.

Kick off is at the 6.45 minute mark.

One of the French players is 330 pounds and can run.

I’m going to have my son record the SuperBowl so I can watch the commercials later.

That's some crazy sport there.  I used to watch Australian Rules Football while bartending back in the late 70's.  Never understood the rules of that game either.

Some really tuff dudes doing those games.

Aussie Rules used to be amazing to watch but changing some of the rules has made it a bit "softer". No more running up a players back to gain some elevation.

I always remember one gent from the UK I used to work with that had a favorite saying: "give blood....play Rugby." After watching a few games some time ago I've come to appreciate that statement. That game makes more sense to me than hockey or soccer.  Wink I've never been able to figure out why the guy carrying the ball always seems to dive across the goal line, landing in a big rolling heap when there's nobody near him.

Self preservation just in case!
When I lived in the Bahamas for several years I played rugby and soccer there. Soccer was the more gentle of the two for sure.

I remember a bumper sticker from my college years that said "Rugby players eat their own dead". After attempting to play the game a few times, I came to understand that saying.
