I hope this post does not upset anyone but..
To be perfectly honest, in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different perspective and without being condemning of one's view's and by trying to make it objectified, and by considering each and every one's valid opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say.

I'm not sure yet without further analysis, but I may be offended by this.

I can't reply until Pelosi nods her approval and raises her hands/arms like some kind of religious leader.

Don't get me started on ties.

Maybe the single most ridiculous piece of menswear ever devised (and foisted on us by fashion people for over a hundred years).  But exceptionally good for keeping soup, mustard and snot off our shirts.

And one of the best ways to take a man down quickly.

Don't like ties, last time I wore one was when my youngest Daughter got married in '02.  Had to borrow one for the occasion.

Agree totally with Jess.

Well let me know if you need another.  I still have 50 of the damn things (many pretty expensive) which were required in my line of work.  People expect their lawyers to wear them, and a judge may throw you in jail without one.  And I still remember a private club loaned me one, so I could be allowed on the premises.

Ugh, ties....

If I'm wearing one, it generally means someone's getting married or buried.

+1.

Can't stand them. Only wore them with uniforms because they were required.

Except with short sleeves, which we wore year round, for this reason.

Had to keep one with my service dress jacket in the office though.  When the big bosses called, we had to dress up for them.

Then came BDUs for everyone, full time.  Yaaaaaaaaay  cooldude

Soft jammies all day at work was a great deal.  (even for chairborne rangers)
