Another of his on my trusty old mp3 player/ride companion that the lyrics always linger with me miles later...

"please don't confront me with my failures, I had not forgotten them"

I think that maybe that line takes me back to moments in time when my folks were around and I was a much younger, irresponsible version of myself. I'm not saying anything has changed, I'm just older.  Roll Eyes

Hope you're doing well Rob, please give my regards to Brenda.

You are welcome, and thanks guys  cooldude All is well. Up at 3:30, at work 5, then had to ride to Phoenix for a 4 hour meeting, be home about 10. I hadn’t heard that song in a long time, it took me back to some great times. Good way to start the day.  cooldude

Indeed a great cut.  Every once in a long while the local classic rock station will play the long version.

Great early friend of Don Henley and Glenn Frey and Linda Ronstadt back in the late 60s.

Yep, but I think I’m going to beat it. Getting a burger in Buckeye now, then it’s haulin butt. Man, I don’t know how you guys deal with this traffic. Took me an hour to get across town.  Shocked make that an hour and 22 minutes.

I was raised outside NYC. This traffic is a piece of cake.

They've got a couple dozen excellent videos on Youtube...

They just toured the States last month....
