Gen Mar in Business?

Any one try to call Gen Mar mfg lately? I ordered some risers on line, but I put the wrong state on my order. Tried to call both numbers shown on web site and neither one is good. Sight appears to be ok, order showed confirmed . No response to any emails, fax number is off line as well. I have contacted PAYPAL to notify them. I wouldn't buy anything from them until this is resolved

I haven't had to occasion to use Gen Mar, but have experienced similar situations with on-line orders. Chillowhee, one of the advertised vendors on this forum makes custom leather items for the Valk. Excellent folks. They recently moved from Oregon to Colorado (better weed in Colorado I guess  ), anyway, they had a few hiccups during that transition but made everything right. Fortunately, PayPal is pretty rock-solid regarding issues like this and will refund your money if they can't get a satisfactory response from your vendor. It just takes time.

Just to be clear Chillowhee may be listed as a vendor (member added) but is not advertised on this forum.  The advertised (paying) vendors all appear in the rotating banners at the top of the page.

I ordered some risers from Genmar a few months ago and am in the same situation. No product, no response.
