Backrest Modification

On the April calendar wall paper download there is a white and red Valk with a backrest converted to a wing. Would anyone know what was used to make the connecting piece of the wing. Love the look of this piece. Thank you for any help,Ride Safe.

It's called a "cruiser bar".

I have one I got used and I think "Big Bike Things" has them.
