Watched it last night!  Bonnie and Clyde got what they had coming, lotsa led flew. I doubt law enforcement would handle it that way in these PC times. They administered swift justice to the cop killers, no lawyers or court hearings necessary!

Watched it a week 1/2 ago. Liked it. Have seen documentaries on the shooting of B&C, nice to see the how they where hunted down. I did find it a little long, and at about 1.5 hrs I looked up where B&C where shot, and found that the movie had moved on to that point.

Didn't know the details on the Texas Rangers being disbanded, and then restored.

I thought it would be just another Bonnie and Clyde movie and like some glorify the BC characters.  Instead it focused on one of the great rangers of all time ( besides Cordell Walker of course  Wink  Frank Hamer, which is the side too often ignored.  I also did not know of the disbanding, but Ma Ferguson was no friend of the Rangers.  I looked them up a bit and her and her hubby the former Governor Jim Ferguson ( who was impeached ) seemed to me to operate a lot like the Long family of Louisana.
She did oppose the KKK though, as did Frank Hamer.

stayed up until 2 a.m. to watch over 1/2 of it but had to go to bed since waking up at 6 a.m. has its disadvantages with less than 4 hours of sleep.    Undecided

I liked it so far, but need to pick better times to watch Netflix...

That was the other odd thing about it. A female Governor. So I googled it, seems there was one, and she wasn't the 1st either.
