Hi All, I'm on vacation in New York  in the midtown area, for the Easter Holidays and looking to buy
Good quality leather chaps..
Any recommendations where to go for them?

You'll note, the best chaps do not have seams at the knees, and are one piece fronts.

Also, unlike M, L, XL, they use your provided measurements to give a perfect fit.

20 yrs ago I would have suggested Times Square, find yourself some place that does bondage and such like the guys that sing YMCA wear   

If you were at Americade the 1st week of June there are many vendors selling chaps. That is in Lake George though

                   I managed to buy a real good quality pair, Brown, no seams , a shotgun pair she called them, i bought them
In a shop called NativeLeather, Bleecker St, NY.
Really nice lady to deal with.

From the quality i think it will take years to break in....
