Fuel gauge

Can anyone give me some info on a fuel gauge for my '98 Standard? I'm using the trip mileage for now but would really like some type of fuel gauge. thanks.

None that I'm aware of. You could buy an interstate tank for about $800, but then you'd still need to figure out the gauge. I think motosens is out of business on them.

Trip mileage has worked great for me for many years... as long as you
remember to reset when you get gas...

The trip meter works very well.  Mileage is remarkably consistent on most bikes (discounting sustained high speeds, winds, yada).  Having reset at every fill-up, run it to reserve a few times and note the mileage.  And there you go.  (It helps if you fill the tank to the same level every time, either first time the pump clicks off, or all the way up to the neck)

I forgot about that George. He made quite a few innovative things for the Valkyrie.  Sadly, if I remember correctly he passed away about a year ago. Maybe the poster can implement his idea some way.

Thanks for all the input. the video was very nice and found out that LSK electronics offers the same type of system for about $140.
