enough antifreeze?

Hi all..am going to change the antifreeze..all the jugs come in 1 gal..manual seems to suggest the radiator and block hold 1 gal and there should be a quart in the reserve..is 1 gal enough in the bike?

1. Drain
2. Refill
3. Start engine run til warm
4. Recheck level of coolant.
