How's the back coming along? Mine is doing better every day. They say it could take up to a year before everything is sort of back to normal. Although I don't think I know what normal is anymore.

Hey Dave thanks for asking.   In my house we call this "The New Normal". I started therapy last week and boy did I get out of shape during those 3 Months of forced inactivity. I still have some pain that I would describe as sciatic. Dr's PA says "Oh that will go away with therapy". I'll let you know if it does. I have not been on a bike yet.
Yes my guy says a year also...
