Having a hard time but will be OK. If I can get the bike back together I might make the run....or cage it just to get out of the house. The silence is deafening.

is 8:30 enough time to go to Sanford and look at a bike thoroughly and ride back to JB before the crowds take over?  

8:30 in KSU 8:45/9 at best 1.5+ hours to Sanford .75 to see bike 1 hour back to JB is putting us in the thick of the restaurant rush? 

I suggest 7:45am Tarrytown to leave by 8:15 ish????

I think the 1.5 hours to Sanford might be a little optimistic for a group. If there are only 4-5 , it should be doable.
