Those who took an oath to US and FL constitutions, have forgotten or ignored the 1st, 2d, 5th, 14th,  amendments. 

Any picture of or with with a gun (of any kind) is ridiculous (in the extreme).

Now any given picture could be considered an unlawful threat or menacing, or document and be evidence of an unlawful possession or use.... but of course, that's already covered under existing statutes. 

How about pictures mocking idiot legislators?

This statue is not so crazy as it is a strategy, I would think many have learned that. If you get the children then you have them as adults. Many times kids pose with guns in fun or with sponsored shooting events or even outing with the parents. If you stop and make people think that they cannot post pictures then you say in effect guns are bad. Also if say an innocent picture somehow gets posted and you prosecute them it makes for an attention grabber and reinforces that guns are bad.

The image of guns and people is usually demonized and we have to normalize the idea of people and guns, that would stop people from screaming and maybe they would start thinking objectively every time a gun is brandished in public. It would remove the stigma of socially sponsored events that include guns and go along way to making our rights a normal part of life.

Psychological warfare plain and simple that should get everyone very mad. Its a much more subtle and diabolical tactic than just coming out and saying guns are bad and its not stupid either, its a planed, manipulative attack on our freedoms and its also in Florida one of the least restrictive gun states.

If nothing else they are persistent.

Bill was withdrawn from further consideration in April

The bill was withdrawn within 2 months. Just look at who sponsored it. I don't know how it was withdrawn, hopefully by the same person that submitted it.
