Anyone know his status. Tried to text him. Hopefully he's doing better. I need quad horns! He was really nice when he came to stay last year for a few days.

I saw him make a post on Facebook recently.

I'm guessing he's not on the road. Somebody would have chimed in by now.........well, I'll have to figure out my lame horn problems. Any ideas?

All I know is he had a significant medical setback last year, and has been recovering.

He had to cancel last year's Valk repair road trip.

A while back, he posted here he was trying to ramp up for another, but no further information.

You can probably email him, but you will have to search on here for it.

Just saw a post on FB and he thinks he is about 2 weeks out from leaving home for his next road trip. He's waiting on a new awning to arrive to be installed on this trailer. Seems he's got a new bike lift too.

John,

Great news! Thanks for posting this... I've been concerned about him, and following this thread has offered little encouraging news. Such a great guy, and his adventure has been amazing! Glad to learn he'll soon be back at it.

P.S. Also, comforting to know he'll still be out yonder... I had occasion to track him down two summers ago for some needed repairs on ALI while traveling through Michigan... Well, actually, he learned of our travails, and he contacted me and offered to help! What a guy!!!
Don't just dream it... LIVE IT!

See ya down the road...
